Heriot-Watt University now has a further international branch campus inMalaysia. We began offering our MBA here in January this year and from September 2013, we have recently had Malaysian government approval to offer taught postgraduate programmes  in:

MSc Construction Project Management

MSc Renewable Energy Engineering

We are expecting to have further Masters programmes starting in September 2013 but these will not be officially approved until May. We are not allowed to promote any programmes until we get official minis­terial approval, so we will inform you as and when new programmes are approved. Further MSc pro­grammes will be available from January 2014, our Foundation Programme will be running from April 2014 and then from September 2014, there will also be a range of full degree undergraduate pro­grammes on offer and we will be updating you on these as and when they are approved.

We will be moving into our purpose built campus in time for September 2014 enrolment, until then we are operating in temporary accommodation close by. 

Under Malaysian law you are required to have a separate agency agreement with the Malaysia Campus so my colleagues in Malaysia will be producing these and sending them out to you in due course. Of course the key selling points, as well as application procedures, visa regulations and so on will be differ­ent for Malaysia than they are for Scotland or Dubai and my colleague Jessie Teo will send out further details on all of these matters. Please visit the Malaysia campus website for further details to begin with: http://www.hw.ac.uk/malaysia.htm
